Our client is seeking a hands-on, detail focused leader who can help shape the entire resident experience — from the design and lease-up phase through to stabilized operations.

You might come from property management company, asset management or a luxury hotel and have experience bringing a premium customer/resident experience to life.

You’re the type of person who notices the little things. The scuff on the wall. The lightbulb that’s out. The process that makes no sense. And more importantly, you know how to fix them.

You’ll work across Development,



Marketing and Property Management to make sure the vision for each property actually translates into an exceptional experience for residents.

Ideal candidate experience:

- 7–10 years of relevant experience (Property Management, Director of Guest Services)
- Multi-family/lease-up experience is a major asset
- Strong operational and commercial mindset
- Someone who understands design, service and the customer experience
- A cooperative person who can influence people and get things done
