This senior role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate or construction project management, alongside strong leadership skills. Collaborate with various general managers to enhance facility quality and optimize investment strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee management and maintenance of Athos’s real estate assets
- Plan and initiate renovation and construction projects
- Develop and execute the real estate capital investment plan
- Coordinate with external consultants and professionals
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in real estate management
- Bilingual in French and English
- Solid project management skills
