Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation.




- Restock dishware and utensils as needed for upcoming shifts or busy service times.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and hospitality throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Basic understanding of food service operations; experience with food preparation or kitchen work is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain a high level of cleanliness at all times.
