Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of kitchen staff, including peeling, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
- Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to ensure a safe and tidy workspace.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations.
- Help with setting up dining areas by clearing tables and resetting utensils as needed during service hours.




- Follow food handling procedures carefully to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Familiarity with cleaning routines and food handling practices is advantageous.
- Experience in food service or hotel settings can provide a strong foundation for this role.
