Responsibilities

- Support the kitchen staff with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Help keep the kitchen area organized, including cleaning workstations, floors, and storage spaces regularly
- Ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are sanitized according to health regulations




- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures to maintain a clean environment
- Support serving staff during busy periods by providing necessary supplies or clearing tables when needed

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques or meal preparation is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
- Experience working in a rapid-paced environment helps adapt quickly to busy shifts
