Duties

- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following proper food handling standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Handle kitchenware with care to prevent damage and ensure longevity of equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen workplace
- Support the culinary team by providing clean dishes promptly during busy service times




- Contribute to overall restaurant or hotel cleanliness by participating in routine cleaning duties beyond dishwashing when required

Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards
- Experience with kitchen equipment and basic food preparation is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
