We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen. `Responsibilities:`

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, portioning, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

`Skills:`

- Previous experience in a hotel, food service, or restaurant setting is preferred




- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
