What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and dispatch open-deck loads across North America
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and partners
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure on-time delivery
- Solve problems on the go with professionalism and composure
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in open-deck or flatbed dispatching
✅ Strong multitasking and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ A proactive, team-first attitude
✅ Ability to work under pressure and make smart decisions fast
