Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our fast paced oilfield transportation company, hauling; fuel, oil and frac sand. This role is essential in managing the movement of all units, coordinating/planning rosters, and ensuring seamless communication across departments, and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with transportation management systems, such as Axon experience an asset, and excellent communication abilities to support effective logistics operations.

Duties

- Manage and coordinate transportation schedules using Transportation Management Systems (Axon) and Customers Applications
- Oversee minute to minute status updates/changes of all units to process in applications to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize supply and demand for customers day to day operations
- Enter data accurately into systems, and spreadsheets.
- Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Maintain detailed records of each load and movements, and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Assist with planning, including scheduling and coordinating movements.
- Support management by tracking loads and updating relevant databases, and assist in billing.

What We're Looking For

- Previous dispatch,



logistics, or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with dispatch/tracking software
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed)

Requirements

- Proven experience with Transportation Management Systems (Axon), and other supply chain software.
- Strong understanding of oilfield requirements ad processes, management, and supervising drivers, SOP's.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficient in typing and multi-line phone systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret logistics data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and drivers
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in emergency situations, developing and updating SOP's, KPI's

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
