SWT Group

Windsor

SWT Group is a multi-entity industrial organization with operations spanning Ontario and multiple U.S. states. We're looking for a Controller who's ready to own the accounting function across a growing, complex platform — and who wants to build toward a Director of Finance role over the next several years as our finance function scales.

You'll own month-end close, budgeting, and financial integrity across five entities spanning Canadian and U.S. operations, partner directly with leadership on financial strategy, and help shape the finance team as we grow — with a clear runway to step into a Director of Finance opportunity for the right candidate over time.

- Partner closely with HR on benefits, new hire/termination processing, and compensation planning
- Supervise or mentor accounting staff as the team grows
- Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to support operational decisions, with direct visibility to leadership
