The Position:

- Working on a fun, competitive team where you can push yourself and others
- Selling window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and permanent lighting installations for our awesome clients
- Effectively communicating between crew leaders, and the client; to ensure nothing is lost in translation, and the clients expectations are something we can confidently deliver
- Providing a friendly,



professional first impression for our clients; you will likely be their first point of contact with us
- We specialize in providing a very high level of service to our clients. We are looking for people who are competitive and personable who can think on their feet

Who You Are:

- You do NOT need experience window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and permanent lighting installations
- You must be a quick thinker, and someone who can work well in a fast paced environment
- Any experience in the home service industry is an asset (Painting, landscaping, carpet cleaning, Christmas lights etc.)
- Any prior sales experience is also an asset (Pest, Solar, Home Service, etc.)
- You must be Hard-working, Hungry & Humble. We hire for attitude & character and we train for skill

Compensation: Commission + Paid bonuses (Dependent on KPIs) + Tips from homeowners
