POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a doorman for Le Haleco, located in Griffintown, for a part-time position on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Are you known for being versatile, customer-focused, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for! As a member of the administrative and maintenance team, the doorman's main function is to ensure the building's security.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
- All other related tasks




- Carry out minor maintenance interventions (open doors, change mailbox locks, change lights, etc.)
- Clear or salt exterior entrances
- Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas (keep the lobby, mail room and elevators clean)
- Inform the immediate superior of the needs of the building (maintenance, service, etc.)
- Knowledge of fire safety rules
- Monitor the building at all times (tours of the building, check cameras, alarm panel, etc.)
- Removing snow and ice from sidewalks
- Respond and assist with all administrative requests that his immediate superior may entrust to him
- Respond to customer service requests

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
- Has tools
- Customer service experiences
- Must have valid Private Security Bureau -BSP license (requirement)
