- Assembly of doors - Read drawings - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs - Must have basic math skills - Must have experience using tape measure and some power tools - Must be able to read/write/speak fluently - Trained on spot welding and operating brake press - Trained in each department and then will be designated to a particular department - Must be able work in a team workplace Associates are transfered between Door Assembling and Spot Welding depending on where they're needed.
