Tangibo is an advertising and marketing company building and growing brands across digital channels.

One of our brands, Zabu, is an African lifestyle and e-commerce brand bringing authentic African products, craftsmanship, fashion, jewellery, art and culture to customers internationally.

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketer to lead the digital growth of Zabu and help build a scalable international customer acquisition engine.

? THE MISSION

Our ambition is to scale Zabu into a significant international e-commerce brand, with a target of building toward 40+ online orders per day.

This is not a traditional Social Media Manager position.

We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, DTC e-commerce and customer acquisition — and who has already demonstrated the ability to grow online brands in competitive international markets.

You will be expected to take ownership of the numbers, not simply manage campaigns.

Email/SMS/WhatsApp remarketing

LTV

Conversion rate

Contribution margin

Attribution and tracking

Daily and weekly performance reporting

Qualifications

You should have

✅ 3–5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

✅ Proven experience scaling DTC / e-commerce brands

✅ Experience marketing to customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and/or Europe

✅ Solid Meta Ads expertise





✅ Strong understanding of Google Ads / Shopping

✅ Experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms

✅ Strong creative-testing and consumer-acquisition skills

✅ Commercial understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV and profitability

✅ The ability to work with data and make fast, commercially sound decisions

⭐ PROVEN RESULTS ARE REQUIRED

We are specifically looking for someone who has done this before.

Creative and messaging opportunities

From there, you will develop and execute a strategy to establish a predictable customer acquisition engine and progressively scale it.

The long-term ambition is 40+ orders per day, while maintaining commercially sustainable acquisition costs.
