Aevitas Inc. is seeking a motivated, safety-focused Hot Water Wash & Powervac Operator to join our growing Industrial Services team. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating specialized equipment, and working in a dynamic environment, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Hot Wash & Powervac Operator, you will perform industrial cleaning, vacuum services, waste handling, and environmental services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate Hot Water Wash and Powervac equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, line flushing, spill response, and material recovery services.




- Handle and transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with all applicable regulations.
- Complete vehicle and equipment inspections and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Safely set up and operate equipment at customer sites.
- Complete required manifests, transportation documents, inspection reports, and other job documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
- Follow all company safety procedures, client site requirements, and applicable legislation.

What We're Looking For

- Valid Ontario Class DZ Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Experience operating Hot Water Wash, Powervac, vacuum truck, or industrial cleaning equipment.
- Experience in industrial services, construction, environmental services, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and secure work practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify basic equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:

- Lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and materials.
- Perform repetitive manual labour, including shovelling and extended hose handling.
- Work at heights using appropriate fall protection.
- Enter and work in confined spaces following established procedures.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Work overtime,



weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation when required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations and Other Requirements

- Hold a valid DZ Ontario Driver license
- Must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Successfully complete a criminal records background check
- Must have clean drivers abstract
- Must be willing to participate in a drug and alcohol monitoring program

Education and Experience The successful candidate must possess or be willing to obtain:

- WHMIS
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- Standard First Aid & CPR
- Client-specific safety training as required
