Salary: $60,000–$70,000 CAD

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage website content, product launches, and ongoing site updates to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
- Optimize product listings, categories, landing pages, and merchandising to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Analyze product performance, website analytics, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and digital marketing initiatives while monitoring performance and recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Assist with SEO initiatives, website testing, and quality assurance across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Contribute new ideas that improve the user experience, increase conversions, and support business growth.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising,



or website management within a consumer products environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills and experience maintaining accurate product information.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) and basic HTML is considered an asset.
- A team-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for creating exceptional online customer experiences.

Ontario Pay Transparency Disclosure The expected hiring range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 CAD , depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
