How you will make a difference:

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing a world-class shopping experience online. You will play a key role in shaping an engaging, and high-performing e-commerce experience across multiple YM brands, helping to elevate our digital presence and drive growth.

What You’ll Do

- Support the Ecommerce team with digital strategies that will help drive sales,



new customer acquisition and growth within Canada and US
- Manage and oversee end-to-end digital processes from uploading product to merchandising to offboarding products
- Partner with developers to flag defects and improve the customer experience across all channels through enhancement projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-organizationally to align diverse parties
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
- Ability to maintain professionalism always, and must be a brand advocate and team player
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, who is organized and self-motivated with robust attention to detail
- Must be results-oriented, with strong work ethic and persistence to drive an initiative to completion; a “roll up the sleeves” attitude towards tackling a challenge, without compromising deadlines
- Strong business acumen with proficient understanding of metrics and reporting, with an ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to identify and validate opportunities based on consumer trends, competitive research,



developed insights and best practices

What You’ll Need:
- 4 years’ experience in fashion retail marketing coupled with 3 years e-commerce experience
- Post-Secondary education in Business, Marketing and/or related experience
- Prior Shopify experience
- Prior Project Management experience
- Prior Digital Operations experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office specifically Excel
- Intermediate/fluent French is an asset
