Duties:

Lullaboo Nursery and Childcare Center is seeking a creative and motivated E-Learning & Graphic Design Specialistto support the development and enhancement of our online certification workshops.

These workshops provide professional training for early childhood educators and childcare professionals. The successful candidate will help transform existing workshop content into engaging digital learning experiences by evaluating and redesigning existing presentations, creating multimedia content, and preparing courses for delivery through our Learning Management System.

Responsibilities:

E-Learning Content Design & Production:

· Redesign existing workshop slides using PowerPoint and/or Canva to create visually engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials.

· Transform text-heavy content into visual learning assets, including graphics, diagrams, icons, and infographics that support learner comprehension.

· Convert slide content into multimedia training videos that incorporate slide visuals, existing classroom footage, and supporting graphics, paired with AI-generated voiceovers.

· Edit and assemble video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro to produce transparent, engaging instructional videos.

· Explore creative approaches to presenting learning content, including animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling techniques to improve learner engagement.

Learning Management System

· Assist with uploading and organizing courses within our Learning Management System (LMS).

· Structure course modules with videos, case studies,



and assessments to create a cohesive learning experience.

· Test course functionality and ensure materials are accessible and easy to navigate.

Workshop Modernization

· Support the transition of existing internal staff workshops from one platform to another.

· Update workshop visuals and formatting to improve clarity, engagement, and learning effectiveness.

Collaboration

· Work closely with marketing staff, program managers, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and visually effective.

· Contribute ideas to improve the design, structure, and delivery of training materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience designing content in PowerPoint and Canva.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take complex information and present it in a clear, engaging visual format.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Photography and Videography considered an asset.
