Position Overview

We are currently seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator or Assistant with a valid Class 4 unrestricted driver’s licence to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children in a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through active supervision at all times.

● Support the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences that promote holistic child development.

● Assist children with daily routines, including meals, toileting, dressing, and smooth transitions between activities.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting in accordance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

● Complete required documentation and maintain accurate daily records in compliance with program and regulatory requirements.

● Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols.

● Foster positive, respectful,



and collaborative relationships with team members and families to support smooth and effective daily operations.

Qualifications

- Required: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or ECEA with Class 4 Unrestricted Driving License Required
- Start Availability: Must be able to begin in the Mid of the September.
- Certifications/Safety Requirements:
- Valid Child Care First AID/ CPR Certificate
- Criminal Record Check
- Two reference letters
