Position Overview
We are looking for a part-time, on-call Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and passionate about supporting children’s development in a caring and engaging setting. This role is well-suited for someone looking to pick up shifts as needed and be part of a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, caring, and inclusive environment for children.
- Implement developmentally appropriate, play-based activities.
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all children.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Maintain program standards in accordance with licensing regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid ECE Certification from BC (or proof of application in process).
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts when required.
