We're hiring Seasonal Ecommerce Fulfillment Centre Associates.In this role, you will ensure that the process of flowing merchandise through the Warehouse is smooth and productive. Reporting to the Ecommerce Fulfillment Centre Manager, you will work as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience, with a focus on inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

What you’ll do in this role…

Be part of a team that wants to win

- Create great customer experiences by picking, packing, receiving & shipping orders accurately and quickly
- Provide support to management & the customer service department
- Be a team player by looking out for your colleagues, and helping out whenever you can
- Take the initiative to identify operational improvement opportunities – show & tell us how we can do better!

Support a smooth operation

- Follow processes to ensure consistency in standards, ask for clarification when you’re not sure
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, regular audits and adjustments




- Ensure records are maintained and processed in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean & safe work area by participating in regular housekeeping duties

- Pays attention to detail – typos make you crazy!
- Can flex like a boss – not just your muscles, as this is physical work. You also need to flex your availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings & weekends as required.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Awesome organizational and interpersonal skills
- High School diploma
