More Than a Job: A MissionWe are looking for an E&M; Interfaces Lead Engineer to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical systems that power rail projects. You will work with teams driven by precision, innovation, and a passion for sustainable mobility.Your Role, Your Impact

- Oversee and manage interfaces between electromechanical subsystems to guarantee operational harmony.
- Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines to achieve on-time delivery of integrated designs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the interface lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical conflicts across interconnected systems.
- Contribute expertise in E&M; integration during design reviews and validation phases.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, driving seamless integration across large-scale rail systems.What You Bring

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in E&M; system design and interface coordination for large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of standards and procedures related to rail systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while ensuring quality outcomes.

- Delivery of integrated interface solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and design standards across all systems.




- High level of stakeholder satisfaction in interface coordination and resolution.

- Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 CAD per year
