As a trusted engineering and project delivery partner, Cheme supports clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Project support is one of our core functions, and we are continuously seeking talented professionals with expertise in project engineering, process engineering, commissioning and qualification, equipment procurement, budget and schedule management, and operational excellence. Through collaboration, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality, we help our clients successfully deliver complex projects in highly regulated and industrial environments.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the execution of capital investment and industrial engineering projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate project activities with engineering, operations, quality, and external suppliers.
- Participate in process engineering studies, technical assessments, and design reviews.




- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities, including equipment specification, supplier interactions, and technical evaluations.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities.
- Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Support operational readiness and handover activities to production and maintenance teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and technical deliverables.

Your Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Previous experience in engineering projects within Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food & Beverage, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of project management principles, including budget and schedule control.
- Understanding of process engineering, equipment lifecycle management, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments and operational processes.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
