Mission As Technical Lead, Digital Platforms, you will play a strategic role in the deployment, optimization, and continuous evolution of the organization’s digital ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include: Leading the migration and implementation of a new ERP system from end to end ;

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing systems and business processes ;

Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of digital platforms ;

Assessing technical feasibility, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation strategies ;

Promoting contemporary development practices, including AI‑driven technologies and automation solutions ;

Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational objectives ;

Designing integrated data solutions and advanced reporting capabilities ;

Maintaining clear technical documentation, workflows,



and project requirements ;

Supporting end users through training, knowledge transfer, and platform adoption ;

Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending optimization initiatives.

Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ;

Strong experience with ERP implementation and optimization projects ;

Experience working in complex digital and system integration environments ;

Solid troubleshooting and systems integration expertise ;

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills ;

Proven technical leadership and influence capabilities ;

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (required) ;

SAP knowledge is considered an asset ;

Experience with cloud migration and cloud architecture ;

Strong knowledge of: SQL databases ;

XML ;

Power BI ;

VBA / Advanced Excel ;

Microsoft Office Suite ;

Automation Engine (asset). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Permanent full‑time position ;
