Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional laser treatment services in a safe, sanitary, and customer-focused environment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and safety during procedures. The Laser Technician will also assist with retail sales and maintain high standards of sanitation throughout the facility.

Duties

- Perform laser treatments with precision, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Consult with clients to determine treatment plans and address any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area, following strict sanitation standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations
- Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client progress




- Follow all safety procedures related to laser equipment operation

Qualifications

- Previous experience in body waxing, skincare, or related beauty treatments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a clinical or spa setting
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently
- Certification or training in laser technology is highly desirable but not mandatory if willing to undergo training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
