Responsibilities

- Perform skilled skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic services tailored to individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring comfort and natural-looking results
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client concerns, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations
- Manage retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling suitable items to enhance their results
- Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport, explain procedures,



and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Promote additional services and retail products through friendly upselling techniques to maximize client benefits and salon revenue

Qualifications

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Prior experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness environment is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
- Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and helping clients feel their best
