Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and extractions tailored to individual client needs
- Provide expert eyelash extension services that enhance natural beauty and boost client satisfaction
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to support their ongoing beauty goals
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client experience and salon revenue
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards




- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client concerns and providing personalized solutions

Skills

- Proven experience in esthetician services, including eyelash extensions and skincare treatments
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs effectively
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
- Exceptional customer service skills that foster trust and loyalty among clients
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and best practices in skincare and lash extensions
- Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
