We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team during the night shift. Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the evening cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule
- Assign daily cleaning duties, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to verify cleanliness standards are met and maintained
- Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and properly stored after use
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities, incidents, and equipment maintenance




- Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs, supply shortages, or operational issues

Requirements

- Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a custodial or facilities management setting preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, supplies, and best practices
- Ability to lead a team efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Solid communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and management
- Ability to work independently during evening hours in a fast-paced environment
