As our event calendar continues to grow, we're looking for motivated team members who are dependable, hardworking, and excited to be part of the events industry.

Position Overview We're currently looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for upcoming weddings, corporate events, private events, and special events. This is a hands-on role involving event setup, tear down, décor installations, DJ equipment assistance, dance floor wraps, signage, and general event production support.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with event setup and tear down
- Loading, unloading, and organizing event equipment and materials
- Assisting with DJ equipment, speakers, lighting, and cables
- Helping with wedding décor installations and event staging
- Installing dance floor wraps, signage, and event materials
- General labour and production support as needed

Requirements




- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials safely
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment

No prior experience is required — training will be provided. Previous experience in events, event production, décor setup, audio/visual, staging, or general labour is considered an asset.

Compensation

- $18–$20/hour, commensurate with experience
- Flexible part-time / casual scheduling
- Opportunity for ongoing work during busy event seasons
