Event Installer / Delivery Driver

Infinite Event Services is hiring an Event Installer / Delivery Driver to join our growing team.

If you like working with your hands, being on the move, and doing something different every day, this could be a great fit. We provide equipment and production services for weddings, corporate events, festivals, concerts and other events throughout Edmonton and Alberta.

This is not just a driving position. You will be an active part of our installation crew, delivering, setting up and taking down event equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering and picking up event rental equipment
- Loading and unloading company trucks
- Setting up and taking down tables, chairs, tents, staging, dance floors, décor and other event equipment
- Assisting with larger tent, stage and event installations
- Driving company vans and trucks to event locations
- Checking orders to make sure equipment is complete
- Working directly with customers, venues and other event professionals
- Keeping trucks, equipment and warehouse areas organized
- Helping in the warehouse between deliveries
- Working as part of a crew to get events installed safely and on time

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Comfortable driving vans and larger delivery trucks
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving equipment throughout the day
- Reliable and punctual — this is extremely important in the event industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and take initiative
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Professional appearance and attitude around customers
- Previous delivery, moving, construction, warehouse, event rental or installation experience is an asset





No event experience? That's okay. We'll train the right person who shows up, works hard and wants to learn.

The Schedule

Events don't always happen between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

This position requires flexibility and can include:

- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Occasional long days during busy periods

Hours vary depending on our event schedule, particularly during the busy spring and summer event season. Why Infinite?

You won't be standing in the same warehouse doing the same thing every day. You'll work at different locations, learn different equipment and get to see the events you've helped build come together.

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
