What the Work Looks Like

- Set up and run promotional events at locations across Mississauga to promote client brands
- Approach shoppers confidently and open conversations naturally
- Present client products and services clearly, accurately, and without pressure
- Identify what a customer is looking for before making any recommendation
- Walk each customer through the process from introduction to a completed purchase
- Keep the table stocked, tidy, and presentable throughout the shift
- Keep accurate records of daily activity and results
- Work toward personal targets while contributing to broader team objectives




- Attend team training sessions and apply feedback consistently

Qualifications

- You're not afraid to strike up a conversation with someone new
- No experience needed — if you've worked retail, sales, or customer service before, even better, but it's not a dealbreaker
- You show up when you say you will and can stick to a set schedule
- You communicate clearly and can hold a conversation with confidence
- You've got the energy to stay on your feet and engaged for a full shift
- Access to a personal vehicle is a plus, since you'll be moving between retail locations
