We are looking for an Event Coordinator to organize special events for our company. As the Event Coordinator, you will serve as the host for small events and coordinate with the marketing director to facilitate large events. You also will be responsible for setting up and tearing down events.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and the marketing director to plan events
- Coordinate the event logistics
- Set up and tear down the day of the event
- Report to management regarding events, including recommended improvements
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, energetic personality
- 1 - 3 years of event planning experience
- Ability to take the initiative on projects
- Good organization skills and an eye for detail
- Reliable with excellent time management
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
