Role Description The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership in an on-site capacity at the Guelph office. This contract role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence and presentation materials.
Day-to-day tasks include handling proofreading reports, tracking key deadlines, maintaining files and records, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant will also support project-related activities, liaise with clients and partners as needed,
and ensure smooth office operations by proactively identifying and resolving administrative issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, filing, and office organization.
- Ability to prepare, review, and reconcile Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a skilled client-facing demeanor.
- Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic project coordination tools.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Previous experience supporting executives in real estate, consulting, or professional services is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
