We are seeking friendly, highly experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our energetic hospitality team. The ideal candidates bring extensive industry experience, a passion for exceptional customer service, and strong knowledge of food and beverage operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service, preparing and serving orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Experience: Welcome guests, take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and maintain a high standard of hospitality.

- Beverage &
- Food Service:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards, and serve food items promptly and accurately.

- POS &

- Cash Handling:

Process orders, payments, and cash transactions using point-of-sale systems (e.g., Micros POS) with high accuracy.

- Operations &

- Safety:

Maintain clean, organized work areas (bar, dining room, and service stations)



in full compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Inventory &

- Maintenance:

Restock supplies, manage bar inventory, and ensure clean glassware, utensils, and service equipment throughout the shift.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Proven experience working as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment (required).

- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and local liquor laws.

- Strong familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS or similar).

- Thorough understanding of food safety rules and hygienic food/beverage handling.

- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills during rush periods.

- Strong basic math skills for order processing and cash handling.
