Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to meet high standards of quality.
- Use specialized tools and cleaning products safely and effectively to remove dirt, grime, and stains from various surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings clearly to customers or management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions, explaining services performed, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and properly stored.




- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during the detailing process.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when replenishments are needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an auto detailer or in a similar automotive cleaning role.
- Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and tools used in vehicle detailing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment, and perform manual cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
