Job Summary The Experienced Embroider - Production lead reports to the Manager and is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing embroidery work, and other embellishment work including using heat transfer, embroidery and other embellishment techniques. The ideal candidate has experience with garment decoration experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to learn to operate and maintain embroidery machines, heat presses, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations and Logistics:
- Receive storefront and online orders to complete production through internal software system - no face to face
- Operate embroidery machines to stitch logos, names, and designs onto uniforms and promotional apparel.
- Use heat transfer equipment to apply vinyl, screen-printed, or sublimation designs onto garments when necessary
- Ensure accuracy and quality in placement, color matching, and stitching.
- Prepare garments by properly hooping and positioning materials.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Inspect finished products to meet company and customer quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
1. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
- General support for team members.
Job Type: Full time Pay: $17.82-$22.68 per hour
