We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. Previous experience in a professional salon setting is preferred, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling to meet client preferences and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
- Upsell retail products that complement clients’ hair care routines, enhancing their overall experience
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and processing payments
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and explaining service options clearly
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently to enhance client satisfaction
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
- Professional attitude, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
