New Generation Painting is a rapidly growing commercial and residential painting contractor committed to delivering high-quality results. We are seeking motivated painters who take pride in craftsmanship, communication, and working as part of a team.

Position Overview

As a Painter with New Generation Painting, you will be responsible for completing interior and exterior finishes using industry-standard techniques while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete a variety of paint applications including spraying, brushing, rolling, and staining on commercial & residential projects
- Protect floors, furnishings, windows and other surfaces; perform thorough surface preparation before finishing
- Apply primers, paints, stains and coatings efficiently and according to project specifications
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of PPE and adherence to written Safe Work Procedures
- Work confidently at heights using step ladders, extension ladders and aerial lifts when required





What We’re Looking For

- A positive attitude, reliable work habits, and openness to learning new techniques and internal processes
- Professional communication with clients, supervisors, and co-workers; solid customer service mindset
- Previous professional painting experience (2+ years preferred, but we will train strong candidates)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone with active data plan for schedules, job notes, and communication

Compensation & Benefits

- Full-time, permanent employment
- Competitive hourly pay: $18.25 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and skill)
- Vacation pay
