Flow Painting Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable painter to join our team in Greater Victoria.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation including sanding, patching, caulking, cleaning, and priming
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete touch-ups and quality checks
- Follow project instructions, timelines, and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Requirements
- Professional painting experience required
- Strong knowledge of painting and surface preparation techniques
- Experience using brushes,
rollers, and sprayers (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites throughout Greater Victoria
