Orsini on Bayview is seeking an experienced, polished Server to join our team. We are looking for someone who understands that exceptional service is more than taking an order — it is creating a welcoming, attentive and elevated dining experience from the moment a guest arrives until they leave.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable and qualified, with experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment. You should be comfortable discussing menu selections, making recommendations, providing attentive table service and anticipating guest needs without being intrusive.

What we're looking for:

- Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Previous upscale or fine-dining serving experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of wine, varietals and food-and-wine pairings
- Comfortable recommending, opening and presenting wine tableside
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and proper cocktail preparation
- Strong understanding of professional table service and dining etiquette
- Confident describing dishes, ingredients and daily features
- Ability to make thoughtful recommendations and sell naturally without being pushy




- Polished appearance and excellent personal grooming
- Warm, articulate and professional communication
- Ability to remain composed and attentive during busy service
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in an environment where service standards and attention to detail matter

We are building a team that takes pride in hospitality and understands the expectations of an upscale Italian restaurant. Professionalism, maturity, teamwork and genuine care for the guest experience are essential. Evening and weekend availability is required. Possible lunches as well.
