Klix Services Inc. is hiring three Exterior Cleaning Technicians in Thunder Bay. We’re looking to hire right away and would like the right people started by next week.

This is hands-on outdoor work for someone who is reliable, works well with a crew, and likes seeing a job done properly. Most days are spent at customers’ homes around Thunder Bay.

What you’ll be doing

- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation
- House washing and soft washing

- Holiday light installation
- Setting up, moving, and safely using ladders and equipment
- Speaking respectfully with customers and keeping job sites clean

What we’re looking for
- Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
- Able to handle physical work and lift or move equipment
- Reliable, on time, and available for full-time work
- Careful with customers’ property and willing to follow secure work procedures
- Exterior cleaning or related experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter too




- Reliable transportation to get to work

Pay and season
- $25–$35 per hour depending on experience and performance

- Tips
- 35–45 hours per week, weather and workload permitting

- Seasonal work through December
- About four months off over winter, with work starting again in the spring
