MedGar Family & Walk in Clinic is a newly established medical clinic in Calgary, Alberta, and we are looking for a Family Physician / General Practitioner to join our team starting November 20, 2026.

Position Family Physician / General Practitioner

Start Date: November 20, 2026

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: 2210 2 St SW #106, Calgary, AB T2S 3C3

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of different ages and backgrounds, including preventive care, assessment and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, follow-up care,



and general family medicine services.

Compensation

Competitive physician compensation / billing arrangement, negotiable based on experience, availability, and practice structure.

We are open to discussing different scheduling and compensation models with the successful candidate.

Qualifications The successful candidate must:

- Hold a valid medical licence to practise in Alberta
- Be registered and in positive standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
- Be eligible to practise Family Medicine / General Practice in Alberta
- Have valid professional liability coverage
- Demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills
- Provide compassionate, patient-centred care
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

New Physicians Welcome We welcome applications from experienced physicians as well as physicians who are newer to independent practice, provided they meet Alberta licensing and practice requirements.
