As a Field Mobility Associate, you will play a key role in this partnership by ensuring our bike-sharing network operates efficiently and seamlessly. Working closely with the Field Operations team, you will redistribute bikes, inspect docking stations, respond to real-time dispatch instructions, and perform light maintenance tasks.
This role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate various vehicles, including those with trailer attachments. You will serve as the on-the-ground face of our service, providing excellent customer support and maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
