In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for your designated region. From creative sourcing to final offers, you will be the face of GFL for our frontline talent. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Partner with field operations leadership to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and coordinate all interview stages (virtual and in-person).
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize traditional and non-traditional methods (career fairs, community networking, and social media) to attract top-tier talent.
- Offer Management: Deliver and explain offer letters, including details on benefits, compensation, and corporate policies.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with local employment laws.
- Systems Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and activity within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
What You Bring To The Table
- Experience: 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within operational or industrial sectors.
- Education: 4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines under limited supervision.
- Requirements: A valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
