Empower Business Systems is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team.

If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with electro-mechanical systems, and solving problems for customers, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

- Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and service electro-mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose issues and replace parts as required.
- Install and connect devices to customer networks.
- Perform basic network setup, including printing, scan-to-email,



and scan-to-folder.
- Provide skilled, friendly customer service.
- Work independently while collaborating with our Field Service Technician team.

Qualifications

- Electronic Technician Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge.
- A+ or Network+ certification and/or manufacturer training is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario driver’s license.
- Own reliable, insured vehicle.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to obtain Police Security Clearance.
