Job Overview:

We are looking for an internal Finance Advisor to partner with corporate business units, providing budgetary guidance, cost analysis, and financial planning support.

What You'll Do:

- Act as a financial partner to functional unit heads (Marketing, HR, Tech).
- Evaluate operational budget requests and provide objective financial guidance.
- Monitor operational expenses and suggest actionable cost-containment measures.
- Present monthly financial summaries and forecasts to department leaders.
- Perform ad-hoc financial evaluation of new business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate FP&A; or business advisory roles.
- Ability to translate technical financial metrics into non-technical language.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
