Job Overview:

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist who seamlessly combines general ledger accounting duties with corporate financial analysis and reporting.

What You'll Do:

- Perform month-end close procedures, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Analyze accounting balance sheets to ensure GAAP compliance.
- Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Support external auditors with schedules and financial documentation.
- Evaluate accounting entries to provide variance explanations for leadership.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of combined finance and accounting operational experience.
- Solid command of US GAAP principles and ERP accounting software.
- Detail-driven with robust analytical capabilities.
