- Monitor and analyze performance strategies for portfolio companies
- Drive financial planning through KPI analysis and reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior management

- Supervise accounting and finance personnel effectively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in team management
- Strong understanding of financial processes and risk management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with Oracle NetSuite
