Your expertise in budgeting and performance analysis will support management in strategic decisions. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to deliver transparent insights into trends, risks, and profitability enhancing opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze monthly financial results and variances
- Prepare financial reports for Management and Board
- Partner with Management for actionable financial analysis
- Oversee FP&A; processes related to sales and profitability
- Lead annual budgeting processes and initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum 5 years in FP&A; or financial analysis
- Bilingual in English and French
- Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency
- Leadership experience is an asset
