Summary:
As a Financial Services Representative, you will work with clients to help them understand and improve their financial health. You will provide guidance on various financial products and services, focusing on long-term financial planning and wealth-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Education: Educate clients on financial concepts, including budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, and insurance options.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and goals.
- Product Recommendations: Present and explain financial products, including life insurance, investment options, and debt management solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Licensing: Willing to obtain necessary licenses (such as life insurance and investment licenses) as required by province regulations.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
